Sharon Lee Matera (Hoey), 59, was born on October 5, 1953 in Kenosha, WI. She married Kirk Matera in 1972 at The First Presbyterian Church in Kenosha, WI. Sharon graduated from Bradford High School in Kenosha, WI., She also received her registered nursing from University of Indiana. Sharon was also a member of Indianapolis Christian Fellowship Church.

Sharon is survived by her husband Kirk Matera, Children; Robert Matera, Melanie Matera, Jackie Rose Matera, and Lindsey Matera, Grandchildren; Nevada Freeman, Giovanna Freeman, Emma Rose Matera, Aiden Starr, Liam Starr all of Indianapolis. Mother Jackie Natzke and Stepfather Gerald Natzke of Kenosha, WI. sisters; Karen Rhode (Twin), of Kenosha, WI and Jnnifer Eue of Minneapolis, MN. brothers; Michael Hoey of Kenosha, WI, Patrick Hoey of Tempe, AZ, and James Hoey of Corona Del Mar, CA.

She is preceded in death by her father Robert Hoey and sons Samual and Adam.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, December 17, 2012 at Indianapolis Christian Fellowship Church, 4540 Madison Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. Visitation from 11:30 – 1:30 p.m. Burial to follow at Round Hill Cemetery.
